Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual foresight reports on disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Design and facilitate strategic innovation workshops with executive teams using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future business models in emerging markets
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight insights into executable product roadmaps and investment theses
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks to ensure responsible adoption of emerging technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful commercial initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field preferred
- Published research or thought leadership on emerging technology impacts
- Experience leading global innovation teams across multiple continents
