Responsibilities

- Develop strategic blueprints for organizational adaptation and innovation in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing initiatives into core business strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision and tactical execution
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Champion a culture of continuous innovation and proactive change management
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI implications, biotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies or Strategic Foresight preferred
