Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Author forward-looking thought leadership reports and executive briefings
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype concepts for 2026+ market readiness
- Monitor geopolitical and macroeconomic indicators impacting long-term strategy
- Advose on ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with futures focus
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and storytelling frameworks
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from foresight academy)
- Experience with AI, biotech, or climate tech trend analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
