Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (quantum AI, bio-integration, neural interfaces) and their market implications
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption curves
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational capabilities
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers published in industry journals and policy forums
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies in partnership with Stanford's Ethics Lab
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and data scientists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
