Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and global megatrends to forecast industry disruptions through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive business models and competitive threats
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-oriented solutions
- Represent the company at industry foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Certification in strategic planning or futures research (e.g., APF, CFS)
