Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market entry
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align long-term vision with operational execution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints using design thinking and foresight methodologies
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefings for stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic modeling
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Demonstrated experience presenting to executive audiences and boards
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful innovation roadmaps implemented
