As a key member of our Future Intelligence Unit, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to identify disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and market opportunities. You'll translate complex data into actionable strategies that position us as industry pioneers in an evolving landscape.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning models for 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing initiatives
- Author predictive reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for anticipated market needs
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption signals
- Design and maintain a 'Future Radar' early-warning system
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-level audiences and influencing strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
