- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning innovation initiatives with 2026 market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into product development and business strategy
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies with disruptive potential
- Represent company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into tangible business strategies
- Deep expertise in technology adoption curves and systemic change methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex scenarios to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published trend reports or scenario-planning projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or APF) strongly preferred
