Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact futurist reports and whitepapers for C-suite executives and government entities
- Identify disruptive technologies and market shifts with quantifiable impact assessments
- Design immersive foresight simulations for stakeholder decision-making processes
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards with compelling narrative visualization
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend forecasting, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi, SWOT, STEEPLE analysis)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
