Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling

- Produce high-impact strategic reports and executive briefings on disruptive innovations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Guide organizational culture adaptation to future workforce and market realities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy role
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech trend analysis
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Delphi 2.0)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation
