- Design innovation roadmaps integrating sustainability and ethical foresight
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing products and services
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario development methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and societal impact
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into business strategies
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) preferred
