Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal/economic impacts through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact thought leadership and predictive market intelligence reports
- Adv executive leadership on disruptive threats and opportunities in the 2026 horizon
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs testing 2026-viable technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing and deploying future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or strategic initiatives
- Ability to synthesize disparate data points into coherent future narratives
