Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map technology adoption curves for key industries
- Produce annual 'Future Horizons' reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite
- Partner with R&D to prototype human-AI symbiosis solutions
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging tech deployment
- Represent company at global futurism forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or neurotechnology
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological disruption
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Track record of influencing tech roadmaps at Fortune 500 level
- Certification in Futures Methodology (preferred)
