Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and market trends impacting 2026-2030 landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future insights into product roadmaps
- Build predictive models using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board committees
- Author thought leadership papers on disruptive innovation vectors
- Maintain exclusive network of global futurist and academic partners
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and backcasting
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published work in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Fluency in at least two languages beyond English
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, nanotech)
