Responsibilities

- Lead workshops and strategy sessions to align stakeholder expectations with the long-term vision.
- Monitor competitive landscapes globally to ensure we remain ahead of industry disruptions.
- Translate complex future trends into actionable business strategies and KPIs.
- Present visionary insights to the Board of Directors and executive leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Strategic Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or futurism.
- Proven track record of leading organizational transformation and long-term planning initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear strategic narratives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively about complex, ambiguous problems.
- Experience with scenario modeling tools and strategic forecasting software.
