Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and governance
- Deliver keynote presentations at Davos, TED, and industry summits
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies for academic and policy circles
- Manage $5M innovation fund for experimental projects
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (minimum 3 case studies)
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Global network of innovators across tech, academia, and policy sectors
