Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning company goals with operational execution.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration between Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive advantages for the 2026 landscape.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable ROI.
- Communicate complex strategic concepts to stakeholders at all levels, driving buy-in and commitment.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale strategic transformations or roadmap planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-suite executives.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving consensus.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience preferred.
