- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biohacking) to develop 2026 strategic frameworks
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite on disruptive market shifts
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing into roadmaps
- Author thought leadership on next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Represent company at global innovation summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Published work on 4IR technologies or future-of-work studies
- Expertise in systems thinking and trend impact modeling
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
