Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Produce executive foresight reports on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Drive sustainability initiatives aligned with circular economy principles
- Present strategic vision to investors, clients, and industry forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech trends
- Proven experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Publishing record in futures or technology thought leadership
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks
