- Analyze global tech trends, disruptions, and competitive landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to integrate futuristic strategies
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for long-term business resilience
- Present actionable insights to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Monitor and report on emerging innovations (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Drive cultural adoption of future-oriented thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or tech innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Future Studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with AI, blockchain, or exponential technologies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS)
