Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for clients using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging opportunities and threats in 2026+ markets
- Produce actionable foresight reports on disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and boards with compelling visual narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight (e.g., CFM) or Innovation Management preferred
