Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to identify high-impact opportunities
- Design future-state scenarios for product development and market positioning
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions (quantum computing, biotech fusion)
- Present visionary roadmaps to stakeholders and guide organizational transformation
- Establish global networks with futurists, academics, and policy influencers
- Author white papers on emerging paradigms and ethical implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions (portfolio required)
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications
