Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for exponential change environments
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align future-proofing initiatives
- Establish innovation ecosystems with academic and industry partners
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Champion agile methodologies for rapid prototyping of future concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technology impact on industries
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
