- Produce executive-level trend reports and roadmaps quantifying economic and societal impacts of emerging innovations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and startups to accelerate future-readiness
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for C-suite executives on exponential technologies and paradigm shifts
- Mentor internal teams on adaptive strategies for workforce transformation in automation-driven economies
- Represent FutureTech at global forums on future-focused governance and ethical innovation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative-building skills for complex future scenarios
- Strong network within futurist communities (e.g., WFSF, APF, Foresight Practitioners Network)
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational change
