- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author trend reports published in industry whitepapers and thought leadership platforms
- Collaborate with venture capital partners to scout emerging startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Expertise in predictive modeling tools (Python, R, TensorFlow)
- Published thought leadership in technology or business futurism
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP analysis)
- Strong network of contacts in emerging technology ecosystems
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ trend-validated predictions
