Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap for emerging technologies and market disruptions

- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Oversee the creation of scenario-planning models for long-term market evolution
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, conferences, and industry publications
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategy, Technology Management, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or C-suite leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published thought leader in futures or innovation strategy
