- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and integrate disruptive startups
- Present technological forecasts to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and lead a cross-disciplinary innovation lab
- Secure patents for proprietary technologies in sustainability and human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems to production-level impact
- Published research in quantum computing or biotechnology (IEEE/Nature preferred)
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Deep understanding of climate tech and circular economy principles
- Experience with venture capital due diligence and startup integration
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing APIs (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market expansion
