Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology foresight strategies for 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and ethics teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Produce annual FutureTech Impact Reports for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and biotechnology deployments
- Mentor junior innovators through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology commercialization and innovation strategy
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, or biotech convergence
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation launches
