Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping decentralized tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats/opportunities in biotech and nanotechnology
- Partner with government agencies on future-proofing critical infrastructure
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Author whitepapers on sustainable tech adoption patterns
- Mentor junior researchers in speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- 5+ years in R&D leadership with quantum/AI experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging tech
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and tech policy landscapes
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 commercialized innovations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF/SFPS preferred)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnerships
