Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristic Studies (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in R&D or strategic technology roles with future-focused projects
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate modeling
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or research initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting (e.g., APF, CFT)
- Experience with agile development in futuristic tech environments
- Portfolio demonstrating visionary projects or published research papers
