Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology foresight strategies aligned with market evolution and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, neurotech, and decentralized systems
- Design innovation frameworks for next-gen human-computer interfaces and immersive experiences
- Partner with C-suite executives to prioritize R&D investments and portfolio scaling
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused methodologies and speculative design thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in emerging technology strategy at Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of forecasting disruptive technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex interdependencies
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
