- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) and assess their commercial viability
- Design and implement innovation labs to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and market disruption patterns
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS) or strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation initiatives
