Responsibilities

- Produce annual 'Future Tech Radar' reports with actionable market insights
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype futuristic interfaces and experiences
- Advocate for ethical technology governance in high-stakes implementation scenarios
- Represent Horizon Labs at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology ecosystems
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption curves (3-5 year horizon)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Mastery of scenario planning tools and horizon scanning techniques
- Experience advising C-suite executives on paradigm shifts
- PhD or Master's in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
