Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Develop and execute a strategic technology roadmap aligned with the company's vision for 2026.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate future-focused strategies into business operations.
- Lead research initiatives to assess the potential impact of disruptive technologies (e.g., AI, quantum computing, biotech).
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven reports.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams in adopting future-oriented practices and technologies.
- Stay ahead of the curve by continuously monitoring global technology trends and competitive landscapes.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology innovation, or a related field.
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging technology trends.
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology areas (e.g., AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR).
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate future visions to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment and driving change within organizations.
