Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for tech adoption across enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Author thought leadership reports published in IEEE Spectrum and MIT Tech Review
- Partner with VCs to scout and invest in pre-seed startups
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Present at Davos, CES, and Web Summit as company futurist ambassador
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent
- 7+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Published research on AI governance or quantum applications
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Gartner STRATA)
- Experience with patent analysis and technology valuation
- Portfolio of implemented tech innovation initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACSF or equivalent)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
