Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) to inform strategic roadmaps
- Develop predictive models for industry disruption scenarios through 2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on technological futures
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent experience
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and foresight methodologies
