- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026+ market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future technology capabilities
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on tech ethics, adoption curves, and societal impacts
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic insights into 5-year roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Advocate for responsible innovation frameworks balancing exponential growth with human-centric values
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies that generated measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex scenarios to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, MBA, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in industry journals (e.g., MIT Tech Review, HBR) or at global forums
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Experience building scenario-planning tools and data visualization frameworks for strategic decision-making
