Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market projections for 2026
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present foresight reports to C-suite and board members on future tech disruption scenarios
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate emerging startups
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Represent company at global tech summits and futurist conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism/foresight roles
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (preferred)
- Deep understanding of Moore's Law evolution and post-silicon paradigms
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
