- Author thought leadership reports on ethical tech adoption and regulatory frameworks

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with emphasis on emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and technology impact assessment
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks and ethical tech implementation
- Strong portfolio of published research on technological disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
