Responsibilities

- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to generate and evaluate futuristic concepts
- Produce thought leadership reports on emerging tech trends and ethical implications
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Advise executive leadership on technology investments and innovation opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation from concept to commercialization
- Portfolio published futurist work or technology strategy documents
