- Create scenario-based strategic roadmaps with 5-10 year horizons
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into development pipelines
- Establish innovation metrics and KPIs to track strategic implementation success
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in forecasting emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite
- Published research in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
