Responsibilities

- Lead high-stakes innovation projects with $10M+ budgets
- Partner with R&D to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to board and external stakeholders
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and engineers
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism/tech ethics
- Experience with global tech ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU, APAC)
- Certification in futures studies or equivalent preferred
