You'll shape our 5-year innovation pipeline while ensuring ethical implementation and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026 horizon) through market research, patent analysis, and scenario planning
- Develop future-ready innovation roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders and board committees
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS, CFIP)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech implementations
- Deep understanding of ethical technology governance principles
