- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, quantum-resistant cryptography)
- Present strategic briefings to executive teams and investors on future technology implications
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio success and track technological adoption curves
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal impact by 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale organizations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published research on AI ethics, quantum computing, or decentralized systems (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching at least three transformative technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Executive-level presentation skills with 50+ keynotes at global tech conferences
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFOR) or Strategic Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology scenario planning deliverables
