Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D, marketing, and engineering on future-facing initiatives
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Collaborate with policy teams to shape regulatory responses to technological advancement
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Foresight, Futures Studies, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning at tech unicorns or Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Published thought leadership on 4IR technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of future-focused initiatives
- Deep understanding of ethical implications in technological advancement
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption strategies
