Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech convergence, Web4 infrastructure) through multi-dimensional research frameworks
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating predictive analytics with market disruption patterns
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future-vision implementation
- Produce white papers and thought leadership for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Identify patent opportunities and IP protection strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout next-generation startups
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness across organizational units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with direct experience in emerging tech sectors
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCF)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision implementation
