- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and synthetic biology
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Establish KPIs measuring technological adoption and societal impact
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging tech ethics
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STELLA, Kumu.io)
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI safety, or biotech convergence
- Track record advising on technology policy with G7 governments
