Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen consumer and enterprise solutions
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (biotech, space exploration, etc.)
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment in 2026+ ecosystems
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships with NASA, Tesla, and emerging biotech firms
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 5+ year roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging fields: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, MIT Tech Review)
- PhD or equivalent in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and simulation modeling tools
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized futuristic solutions
- Security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
