Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for AI-driven autonomous systems and quantum computing applications
- Architect scalable solutions using blockchain and Web3.0 infrastructure
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile development of futuristic platforms
- Drive innovation in neuromorphic computing and human-AI symbiosis
- Oversee integration of AR/VR metaverse ecosystems with physical IoT networks
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA partners on space-tech integration projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI/Neuroscience
- Expertise in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum systems
- Proven track record of launching 3+ breakthrough products
- Certification in AWS Quantum Lab and Azure Quantum Development
- Experience with DARPA or NASA tech incubation programs
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global collaboration
