Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 product vision for our Generative AI suite, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Collaborate with world-class engineers and researchers to translate technical breakthroughs into market-leading user experiences.
- Drive the product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring rapid iteration and user feedback integration.
- Establish frameworks for AI safety, ethics, and governance within product development.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science to deliver high-impact projects on time.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML or Generative AI products.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Llama), RAG architectures, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Strong technical fluency: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent frameworks.
- Proven track record of launching complex B2B or B2C products to market.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse, high-performance teams.
